The Vibehaus Vision
VIBEHAUS is still in the making, but our vision is clear. The storefront will double as an art shop and cultural marketplace — a home for original pieces, prints, stickers, apparel, merch, and other creations made by local artists. Alongside the art, you’ll find thoughtfully sourced goods like household products, apothecary blends, skincare, beauty, spiritual and wellness items, and more. We’ll also feature a creative reuse section, where makers can discover secondhand treasures and oddities for crafting and DIY — eco-friendly, affordable, and always fueling the creative cycle.
At its heart, though, VIBEHAUS is the gallery. The warehouse will be transformed into a multifunctional flex space — part exhibition hall, part coworking lounge, and always a space for liberation through creation. Here, art is not just decoration but declaration: a living reminder of resilience, rebellion, and joy. As one of the only Black woman–owned galleries in the city, VIBEHAUS represents more than walls and canvases — it’s a testament to Austin’s evolving culture and the voices that refuse to be erased.
Memberships will keep the lounge open and accessible, with affordable day passes available when space allows. The warehouse can be rented on its own, or expanded to include the 16x16 ft stage and outdoor area. Even the front parking lot and studio common areas* may be reserved, making VIBEHAUS a true creative engine — rooted in community, powered by art, and committed to liberation.

Raye’vns Nest
I'm Raye’vn, I’m from Columbus, Oh; born and raised, now living in Austin, TX since 2020. My business ‘Raye’vns Nest’ was started the same year. I’ve been a creative for as long as I can remember and I pull inspiration from everywhere whether it be music, dance, or the visual arts. I create one-of-a-kind handmade accessories, featuring all kinds of jewelry and hair accessories, which are made from natural, reused or reclaimed materials by reimagining and giving a new life to antique, unconventional and vintage finds. I also create multi-medium visual artwork where I mix materials like wood, canvas, fabric, graphite, ink, paint, and spray paint.
Rhea Rose is a portrait artist and muralist mainly, but she is an all around creative. She is an art instructor and has dabbled in face and body painting, graphic design, sign painting, wood working and jewelry making as well. Rhea Rose's art has developed into fusion of abstraction and realism that tells the story of strength and resilience through portraiture. She has traveled with her art throughout Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Georgia, New York and Kansas. Rhea hopes to even travel internationally with her pieces and share the gift of art with people.
I’m Kendra Lee, a born and raised black Austinite who creates digital art to explore the black female experience throughout time. Growing up in Austin, I embraced the artistic weird vibe, but I also experienced the all too familiar hardships that many black females growing up in America endure. In my art, I explore the black female experience using graphic art styles and energetic color palettes to highlight the wide spectrum of black femininity. Black history serves as my inspiration while I create my work. I value showcasing the black female experience, now and throughout history, to bring out my artistic interpretation of our collective struggles and triumphs.

I'm Nadia Rose is an Austin, Tx local Artist. "Keeping it WEIRD". Art is my voice - my emotional cry for anyone who has ever struggled with mental illness. And it is the victory cry of overcoming it. This leads me to incorporate issues of mental health and societal pressures/ controversy into my art. I am mentally ill, but also a living example of what happens when you find the help and tools to recover from years of trauma. And I am all about helping people ALSO find the steps to recovery! We all know the world is important, so all of the clothing is Made-To-Order! N.R.D. is an LGBTQ+ attentive and supportive Company!

As a supporting member of our community you gain access to members only events and programming, as well as access to the community chat and unlimited access to the VIBEHAUS co-working spaces.
As a creator in our comunity your contribution will earn you discounted tickets to our community events and programming, as well as free and reduced consignment and vendor fees.
As a curator your ongoing investment will allow you to choose to hold one small (10-50 guests) event/month, or one large (50-100 guests) every 2 months. Your events will become part of Higher Vibes programming.
